Alan brings over 11 years of experience in successfully planning and leading the implementation of large
scale infrastructure projects within Fortune 500 companies. Alan’s career includes 8 years of experience at
Accenture where he was a successful executive within the firm’s Energy consulting division and 3 years
of experience as a Senior Technology Architect at Toyota Motor Sales. Alan has a B.S. Degree in Civil
Engineering from UCSD and M.S. Degree in Earthquake Engineering from Stanford University.
Uyen-Uyen Tong "Winnie",
Co-Founder & President
Uyen Uyen is the creative force behind Freshlunches’ unique, distinctive and delicious products. She also
brings extensive experience in marketing
to Freshlunches. Before co-founding Freshlunches, Uyen-Uyen
was the designer and creator of award
winning high-end, hand-crafted jewelry. Her work has been
featured
in the New York Sun, Lucky, People
Magazine, Cosmo Girl and Audrey Magazine. She also
served as
the Marketing Director at Avalon Family
Entertainment where she lead the marketing efforts
for the company’s
introduction of G rated movies.
Prior to joining Avalon, she was a Senior Project
Manager at LRN responsible
for corporate compliance
training for the company’s high-value clients
such as GM, Morgan Stanley,
Boise Cascade and Johnson &
Johnson. Uyen-Uyen holds B.S. Degrees
in English Literature and
Philosophy from Boston University.
